Fire and Rescue
Amite Fire District #1 is responsible for 24 hour fire protection and emergency services for the Town of Roseland. The Roseland Fire Station is manned 24 hours a day – 7 days a week with high trained firefighters and emergency responders as they are often the first responders answering emergency 911 calls. In the event of a large scale response, firefighters from the Amite City are ready to provide additional back-up in a very short amount of time.
